At Snow Toys we want to make your group ski trip go as smoothly as possible. To ensure comfort and confidence for you and your group we will make every effort to see that each individual is outfitted properly. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding planning your group ski trip.

• Groups of 10 or more will qualify for discounted rental rates. For groups of 15 or more there will be one additional rental offered free of charge.
• We encourage groups to make reservations. We cannot guarantee equipment availability on walk-ins. Please click on the printable form icon below for our Group Reservation Form. Forms may be faxed or mailed. Online registration will be available soon.
• All members of each group must complete and sign all paperwork as is neccessary with a regular rental. Group leaders may use one credit card as the security for the entire group.  Group leaders may also pay for the entire group or individual transactions can be performed for each member of the group.
• Groups are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment and are expected to pay repair or replacement costs in full.
• Insurance is available at a cost of $2 per day per person to cover equipment breakage. Lost, stolen or severely damaged equipment is not covered by this insurance.
